Dorset finalists raise £2,000 for Beauty with a Purpose

Twelve Dorset regional contest finalists have successfully raised £2000 for the Beauty with a Purpose charity.

Annabell Newman was crowned the winner at the ceremony held on 21st April 2012. The 19 year old studies marketing at Bournemouth University and is also a qualified dance instructor. Annabell will now go forward to the Miss England grand final in June.

The organiser of the Dorset final commented, “The night was a great success and everyone had a wonderful time. The amount of money raised, for just 12 girls, is amazing."

The top fundraiser was 22 year old Gemma Wall, who raised £385.
